Keen to help runners who are looking to improve, achieve a goal or race or to hit that new pb!
- Initial in person consultation to establish history and goals as well as a good athlete and coach match. Detailed questionnaire provided
- Running training program with daily breakdown of plan
- Training program delivered 1 month at a time (can be adjusted as the month progresses)
- Collaboration to work within your schedule
- Access to 2 weekly in person coached sessions in Port Fairy. These will be at 6am on Tuesday and Thursday, but may be adjusted to suit the group
- Unlimited communications with coach
- Varied running workouts to maximize improvements
- Slow increase of millage and intensities to avoid injuries
- Port Fairy based or online, but with a focus on Port Fairy due to in person sessions
- Training to be monitored at in person sessions as well as on Strava or Garmin
- Progression fitness tests to be used
- Suitable for middle distance track runners up to the marathon and beyond
- Suitable for young to old. Minimum 6 years of age
- Short or long term plans available. Recommended minimum 4 months. Can be cancelled any time
